The Rise of Rathfelia: Chapter 3
At first I was ecstatic that I’d actually be able to try my idea after all, but over the process of getting ready it became clear that the Meta-Authority thought of this as a simple exchange of social capital. Let the girl have five years to go wild and do whatever the hell she wants; she’s promising enough that we can afford to wait. But no one, especially not my parents, thought I’d actually succeed at reaching Level 50, the level sometimes by players and often by natives referred to as lowest level of a character considered to be Superhuman class, in a mere five years. I hadn’t wanted to try for that myself when I’d come up with the character. I mean, I hadn’t exactly scraped into the 30s just in time to enter the U18 Championships, but in those six years I had barely reached Level 37. Few players, Magaleria or elsewhere, could reach Level 50 that fast even if they’d gotten a character to Level 100 before. The Cloak of the Reborn from the game’s Underworld could cut the time to

Rathfelia--Origin Chapter 2
Even the data available to Magalerians didn’t include much detail of the Naturian Skill Web after the first few layers, but even the vague data indicated the race had easily three times the number of Racial Abilities or more of Dragonkin or Beastfolk, to say nothing of racial choices like Wood Elf, Dwarf, or Human which had a few to virtually none. Looking at that web even with most of the abilities’ identities hidden was like looking into a night sky’s worth of stars, with each point of light full of untapped potential. It was obvious why that potential was still untapped, though: the Naturian race was Plant-resonant. Most player races didn’t even interact with the elemental system of the Game until they equipped armor or a weapon that had an elemental property. Plant was rightly considered to be one of the worst defensive elements in the game, having no less than four of the fifteen Base Elements as vulnerabilities, including Beast element. Rathfelia--Origin, Intro and Ch. 1
Not too many people know who I am now, but that’s soon about to change. As soon as I end the reign of Abundance, the Clan that has ruled Griyag, both the in-game planet and the Society’s Alpha Colony agricultural district, since the inception of our very way of life here, and become the new Grand Empress, a great many will know it. By the time you’re reading these words, I’ll be a household name across humanity unless things go horribly wrong, because I don’t plan to stop there. So no doubt, you picked this up because you were curious how I rose from obscurity, what drove me to become one of the—admittedly many—key players in the Demon Kingdom invasion. You’re right to wonder. People should know. So, I allowed a Chronicler aligned with the Demon Kingdom to assist me in putting the story into words. This is the story of how I discovered a Masters of the Multiverse character build so good, it became my life’s goal to make it famous enough to be named after me. The story how how I

Yoshiegg the Plushie Toy
Not long after a new day began at the Egg House, Jodie, the Registeel Regigirl and Yoshiegg’s friend, asked him to come to the field in back of the house for a favor. “So, what’s the favor?” “Well,” said Jodie, “you know how I learned Rollout recently? Last night I figured out how to do something special with the move.” “Oh, you wanted to show me?” said Yoshiegg. “Well...in a manner of speaking...” Jodie initiated the move without any warning. Her body became a blur that looked as though she’d turned into a ball, and she barreled straight at Yoshiegg. “Eeep!” He tried to run and get away, but Jodie was still incredibly agile with the move, so he couldn’t just turn aside like avoiding a boulder. Just running wasn’t going to last him either; the longer he ran, the faster Jodie got. Soon she was going so fast and hard that she was flattening grass and leaving a dirt trail. Jodie caught him, but the move didn’t actually hurt him. Instead, Yoshiegg felt a strange sensation in his

Masters of the Multiverse Info: Personal Quests
Personal Quests are epic storylines tailored to the particular player who recieves it. Though it is called a quest, it is more accurately an entire quest line granted to players who successfully reach Level 100. Not all players who reach that level receive a Personal Quest, however, and there is much debate among the playerbase as to additional criteria for starting one. One point is largely agreed on, though: that if one does nothing but level grind to 100 through killing monsters, NPCs, and players and completing basic quests, a Personal Quest line will absolutely not appear. Personal Quests are unique to each player who receives one, and there are no limits on the sorts of tasks they can involve. They have just one thing in common: the final stage of a Personal Quest is invariably a one-on-one showdown with the player's Personal Enemy, a Master class NPC villain of comparable power to the player, who if left unchecked or ignored will make the Questor's in-game life hell. Even the
"Hey, Hop?"

"I know you're probably going way ahead as always, but could you come back to Stow-On-Side just for a little bit? There's something I really need to talk to you about."
"Well, I'm in the middle of training. Is this really that important?"
"It really is."
"All right, sure. I'll meet you at the Pokemon Center ok?"
Hop wasn't sure...okay, really he had no idea why his best friend Laramie had called him out of the blue like this. But for sure, Laramie sounded really serious. What else could he do but head right over?

The Greatest Game, Riddle #15: Difficulty Spike
Riddle #15: Difficulty Spike Was it just me, or were the rhymes getting cheesier? Either way, at least the answer was obvious. Not only that, but there was a park within biking distance so I wouldn't need to borrow the car again. I'd have to cut my stream short, but... Actually, on second thought, I'd have to wait until the day after tomorrow. Visors didn't generate their own light source or anything like that, and neither did the Mind Disc. If I was only interacting with Enhanced Reality elements, it wouldn't be a problem, but in order to take on the Guardian, I'd kind of have to be able to see my own cards. Sure, the park nearby had lights, but I couldn't guarantee that I could take the challenge without getting in anyone's way if I did it that way. On top of that, having to play so awkwardly could interfere with my ability to play at my best, and I was up against a Guardian that, by all indications, was a much more difficult Mindscape opponent, and I'd only get one chance. The Greatest Game, Riddle #14: Cover Blown
Riddle #14: Cover Blown After explaining the situation to mom, that I wouldn't be able to move on till tomorrow and that for a location like that I'd really rather she didn't join me just this once, I relaxed with a little Masters of the Multiverse. The idea behind the Third Round was taking shape. Whether you lost or won, you couldn't just blitz through all six matches. Said matches would be single games only, no sideboard shenanigans allowed. And the fewer attempts you took to defeat a Guardian, the greater the advantage you had over your rivals in the Tournament. Everyone on a certain riddle could make an attempt, and the time of day you did so didn't matter so much. But if you won, you'd instantly not only catch up to people on the next riddle, but also blow past everyone who lost that day. On the other side of the coin, if you lost, you not only had to wait till the next day to try again, but your chances of catching up to the front-runners got that much slimmer. Just before bed
